    @ArloSmartHome Recent update has eliminated access to cameras with 15% (or lower) battery power. This is a NEW PROBLEM and needs to be fixed - we should have access to our cameras until they reach 0% battery as in the past!

    Sick of @ArloSmartHome camera now. Never keep paired to the base unit and much through batteries at a rate that will create a dead battery mountain the size of Mozambique. Terrible. Need to find a better alternative.

    @ArloSmartHome has to have the most useless customer support I've ever come across. My "case" on their portal has not been responded to in weeks, and the portal itself is up and down like a ****'s knickers. Really unimpressed and urge others to buy elsewhere.

    @ArloSmartHome Way to go in harassing your loyal customers. Checkout case 41937739. Even the manager couldn’t issue RMA of a baby product that went dead when it was in warranty but now it’s out of warranty for few weeks. Not buying another Arlo #worstcustomerservice

    @ArloSmartHome @HomeDepot Soms from your offshore tech support started me at step one, even tho we have a case#. In fact we have many. This is the same issue from months ago when you sent thru a software update to the cameras that made then trigger incessantly for motion, even tho we have motion deselect

    @ArloSmartHome Bought a top of the line (supposedly) camera system from you and suddenly it stops recording at night?? Apparently lots of other customers have had the same problem. No solution online or via a support chat which was disconnected. Case 41928326.

    @ArloSmartHome I have set up two step authentication on my device. Now every time my partner tries to access it, I have to approve him even though he’s listed as an admin on the Arlo profile. Is there a fix for this?
